There will be no slaving over the stove for this recipe. This stunning Garlic Prawns recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight meal and will leave the whole family feeling satisfied!
• 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
• 1.5kg Medium Green Prawns, peeled, deveined
• 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 tbs butter
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/3 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
1.) Combine oil, garlic, pepper and wine in a large saucepan or grill. Heat over a medium heat for approximately 3 minutes or until oil become aromatic. Increase the heat to high.
2.) Add in the prawns. Stir for 4-5 minutes until the prawns have cooked through
3.) Remove the prawns from the heat and toss through parsley. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
For an extra kick of flavour, try marinading the prawns in chilli sauce or garnishing with chilli flakes. Serve as an entree, or serve them on a bed of rice with a delicious avocado and tomato salad!
