Malibu Sunset Cocktails
Recipe: Homemade Photo Junkie
Delicious and refreshing. This Malibu Sunset cocktail is easy to make and offers a sweet blend of coconut rum, pineapple and sweet grenadine.
Ingredients
– 1/8 Cup Malibu Rum with coconut liqueur
– 1/2 cup pineapple juice
– Splash of grenadine (just enough to make the bottom of the glass red)
– 2 maraschino cherries and 1 slice of pineapple to garnish
Method:
1.) Put 3-4 ice cubes in the bottom of a stemless glass
2.) Pour the pineapple juice and the rum over the ice
3.) Pour the grenadine slowly down one side of the glass – pouring too fast will mix the grenadine in and you won’t get the cool cool separation
4.) Stick 2 cherries and a pineapple chunk on a toothpick for a garnish
Vanilla Mango Mojito

This delicious fruity mojito is refreshing and easy to make. Add as much sugar as you need or use a substitute.
Ingredients
– 50g of white rum
– 1 lime, juiced
– Sparkling water
– Seeds scraped from 1/2 of a Vanilla Bean
– 2 tablespoons diced mango (fresh or frozen)
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– 8 mint leaves
Method:
1.) In a tall glass, add the vanilla bean seeds, mango, sugar and mint leaves
2.) Pour enough sparkling water in the glass to cover the ingredients
3.) Mix the ingredients together until sugar is dissolved and the vanilla seeds are distributed throughout the bottom of the glass
4.) Add lime juice, rum and crushed ice
French Pear Martini

A martini with champagne so it's the perfect excuse to celebrate the end of the week. The mix of the pear and elder flower liqueur really make this martini a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
– 50g of St Germain Elderflower liqueur
– 50g Pear Vodka
– Chilled Champagne
– Granulated sugar – for the rim
– 1 Lemon wedge
– 1 Pear, sliced
Method
1.) Prepare your garnishes by slicing a lemon wedge and a pair into rounds. To prevent pear from discolouring, squeeze a lemon over the cut slices
2.) Choose a martini glass, run a lemon wedge around the rim and dip into sugar
3. ) In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine St Germain and Pear Vodka then shake vigorously until well chilled
4.) Strain into prepared martini glass and top off with champagne
5. Garnish with a round pear
Lemonade Mimosas With Blood Orange

A fun twist to a classic mimosas. This cocktail uses bubbly and blood orange garnish to look just as good as they taste!
Ingredients
– 1 1/4 Cup of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
– 1 1/2 Cups fresh blood orange juice
– 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar (or sugar substitute if desired)
– 6 Cups of water
– Blood orange (sliced)
– Champagne of choice
Method
1.) Add lemon juice, sugar and water together and stir
2.) Add in the fresh blood orange juice to the lemonade
3.) Pour equal parts of the juice and equal parts of champagne into a champagne glass
4. ) Garnish with a blood orange slice
